Landon's Baptistm
Landon's baptism, like Emilia's, was on a hot June day. However, we were thankful to have dry weather for Landon's. On the day Emilia was baptized, we had a horrible storm and a tornado touched down just a mile or two from our house. Both took place on days given to us by God regardless of the weather, and we will treasure them forever. Emilia and Landon are gifts sent stright from God. We want to thank Landon's godparents - Jeffrey Hall and Meredith Hickerson and everyone that was able share this special day with us.

Emilia's 1st Dance Recital
Emilia's first dance recital was on June 3rd. She did a fantastic job. I was so worried that she would chicken out but she didn't. I had to sit with her until show time but once she walked on stage she was a natural. She even decided do to a solo as you will see in a couple of the pictures. When the rest of the group moved off stage, she decided to stay and wait on them to return:) Her group danced to "When You Wish Upon A Star," which was perfect because Emilia's favorite movie at the time was Pinochio. After seeing some of the other girls do tap performances, she has decided that she wants to learn tap. So this year she is taking two classes and will have two performances in her recital next June. Thank you to everyone that came and to Kayce for taking pictures. We are so proud and can not wait to watch her shine every year!
